Priority in admissions is given to the lower income community of Jerusalem and its suburbs. Children are admitted to the kindergarten for two years and then they move on to the elementary section and graduate after completing the sixth grade. Occasionally exceptions are made for humanitarian reasons to admit children in the higher classes.
